First November Post. Wooooh!

I’ve been working on 2 paintings for over a week… One for my blog and the other one’s a special request for my friend Bec (check out her amazing blog, Clouds of Colour). :) But this week it’s been hard for me to find time to paint. I’ve missed blogging so much that I decided to finish this portrait of Carla and Elliot from Scrubs as fast as I could earlier today. Obviously it’s not perfect but it’s still a good way to practice. Lately I’ve been experimenting a lot with color.

It’s almost Summer, guys! I’m really excited.

I thought it would be great to add a new character to my Scrubs collection (one of my goals on this blog is to paint the whole cast) so here’s a painting of the incredibly sexy Todd. Just kidding. But hey, he’s on the beach and super tanned and I’m just jealous. ;)  And impressed. Ahah okay I should just stop now.

Honestly I couldn’t stop laughing while painting THE Todd. He’s without any doubt one of the dumbest (yet awesome) characters of ALL TIME. Yep. And I love the fact that he’s famous for wearing banana hammocks and high-fiving.  :D

Kelso in the Bahamas

So here are two of my favorite things ever: Bob Kelso from Scrubs & the Bahamas.

Two episodes of the 8th season take place there and they’re really awesome. In this episode Bobbo prefers staying at the bar all day long… doing nothing but drinking Bahama Mamas. Ken Jenkins, who portrays this mean old man, is a very talented actor (and I personally love his voice!). Scrubs wouldn’t be the same without Kelso.

Vanilla Bear + Chocolate Bear

Have you ever heard of “bromance”? Well, if you haven’t, watch Scrubs and you’ll know what it is… :D

Scrubs is my FAVORITE tv show ever… it’s so hilarious and brilliant! Seriously! I love the crazy characters, the super strong friendship between JD and Turk (Vanilla Bear and Chocolate Bear), JD’s fantasies… Janitor’s craziness… I could write forever about Scrubs, so I’m gonna stop right now! But I’ll paint other characters so there will be another time to write about it! Ahah

I hope Turk & JD’s fans enjoy this painting!!! ;)
