Hey guys! I’m now on… Pinterest! I’m super excited ’cause it’s a fantastic place for creative people. It gives me tons of new ideas!! I’ve always been into travel sketching but never shared my work here… probably because it’s really different from what I usually do… Don’t really know actually, but finally I have a reason to show you this on this new space. :) If you guys like my sketches, I’ll share them here too. Wombat Day 2012

The Wombies as WALL e, Ariel, Batman & Mario
28X21 cm

Tomorrow’s Wombat Day!!

Here’s a special painting to celebrate this very special day. ;)

As I’ve just started a new series to welcome Halloween, I figured the Wombies would love to dress up as their favorite characters (or mine? Haha!). I added a Photoshop filter to this watercolor and mainly worked with watercolor pencils. They’re great if you don’t have that much time. I’ve been using them a lot lately.

Don’t forget to visit Wombania and wish those cuties a very happy Wombat Day . :)

One Year Blog Anniversary!

It’s been ONE year already! Woooow. Time flies! Thanks to everyone who’s been following my blog. Thanks so much for the support. 101 followers… :)

I’ve found a wonderful website called Pink Cake Box. They make the most amazing cakes. So beautiful and yummy. Have a look!

This cake’s real! Check it out!

And please, don’t forget to vote for the Star Wars character you want to see on my blog –> Pink Chewie post!

Keeping Up With The Frazdarshians

20X13 cm

Ahhh Fraz. What an awesome personality. If you don’t know Wombania, go read this comic strip and you’ll learn more about Fraz and his bros (and sis).

Now I’m making this loud and clear: I WANT FRAZ TO HAVE HIS OWN REALITY SHOW.

Just like any celebrity. I’ve already found the perfect house for him. It’s in Beverly Hills of course.

Welcome to my blog!

I’m finally starting my own blog!

I’ve always wanted to do this but I was kind of afraid of beginning such a new “adventure” (or just lazy?) UNTIL NOW… I’m sure it’s the best way to show my art to the world and write about what inspires me to paint (most of the time beaches, musicians, nature… It depends.)

So as this is my first blog entry ever, here’s a self-portrait of myself I painted a few days ago. It’s the only self-portrait I’ve done so far, so enjoy because there might not be another one. :D   It was a funny experience though (I wanted to create something original and not too serious… not too realistic… if this makes sense).
